Since the first day of our service in the building automation sector, as ENKO, we have been developing long-lasting relationships with our business partners by providing engineering services such as project analysis, system design, and planning support, infrastructure cabling, and installation, as well as post-sales maintenance and service, in addition to the system solutions we have created with various brands.

ENKO has continued its efforts towards achieving its goal of energy efficiency, in line with technological developments and ecological changes since 2009, by transferring the experience gained in building automation, lighting automation, and energy management systems to its R&D activities without deviating from its focus. Our company is actively pursuing its work to achieve it.

2009

We have initiated engineering, graphic interface, and software activities for the design, commissioning, and operation of building automation systems to provide services to our customers in the operation processes and to rapidly and accurately complete projects. By obtaining the Turkey dealership of SkySpark energy analysis software, we have started the first applications.

2010

We have obtained the Turkey dealership of the energy monitoring, reporting, and analysis software named SkySpark developed by the American company SkyFoundry.

2011

We have successfully implemented the first wireless Sedona Framework application in Turkey.

2012

We have accomplished the first Retrofit project at Microsoft Turkey’s headquarters.

2013

We have signed a system integration agreement with Johnson Controls, a leading company in the automation sector globally and in Turkey. We have started to offer automation solutions for commercial and industrial buildings.

2014

We have implemented the automation application BAS Dashboard, developed by BASSG, for the first time in Turkey at THY Flight Training Center.

2015

We have started production activities for DDC panels used in building automation systems.

2016

We have completed the building automation system design and implementation services for the Antalya Land of Legends Hotel, Shopping Mall, and Theme Park, which is one of the world’s few concept projects.

2017

We used the JCI Chiller Plant Optimization control system to maximize energy efficiency in Istanbul Airport, which has a chiller group with a cooling capacity of 120 MW and is one of the few cooling system applications in the world. We designed and started the implementation of the system.

2018

We have started using SkySpark energy monitoring and analysis software to analyze data from the mechanical automation, energy monitoring, and cooling systems of Zorlu Center shopping mall, performance arts center, and residences.

With this application, energy data analysis has been initiated for the first time in Turkey in a project of this magnitude. With the experience we gained in HVAC automation, lighting automation and energy management systems, we established our R&D center.

2019

Within the scope of our R&D studies, we applied our first device, the dual-channel digital sensitive Water Leak Sensor, which we produced, in the QNB Finansbank Kristal Tower project.

2020

We have successfully completed the development of our IAQ analytics sensor, which is designed to collect data from buildings without automation systems and analyze it internally without the need for any servers. The sensor is capable of measuring and analyzing real-time temperature, humidity, PM 2.5, CO2, and VOC values in the space. Also, we have also signed a system integration agreement with Socomec, a leading company in the industry.

2021

We became the first company in Turkey to implement analytical applications of this scale using SkySpark energy monitoring and analysis software in Microsoft Turkey, Zorlu Center, and Karbosan projects.

2022

We have signed a dealership agreement for automation solutions in commercial and industrial buildings for Helvar products with Elekon, a leading company in the lighting sector.
